BioPonder Stibbons is the youngest and most depressingly keen member of the UU faculty, and has been described as one of the few wizards at the University with his head screwed on in any fashion. He is short (5'6ish), pasty. For a wizard he is quite skinny. For a normal person he is on the plump side.
He is generally mild mannered and reserved, but after years of dealing with members of the Senior Faculty, Students, Elves, Cats, and An Unforgiving Universe he can become angry (which is, apparently, "...as unnerving as hearing a sheep roar".) He has a mean left hook which he usually reserves for other versions of himself (Harry Potter beware*).
He speaks softly and uses Received Pronunciation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Received_Pronunciation), or BBC English.
* Also possibly Eric Thursley
